German language courses
German language levels include; Level A1 (A1.1/A1.2), Level A2 (A2.1/A2.2), Level B1 (B1.1/B2.2), Level C1 (C1.1/C1.2). The blocks A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 consist of two semi-blocks as shown above. Regular courses last 6 months, while intensive courses last 3 months each. Each comprises of six units per week. Each unit consists of 45 minutes.
A1 German Language course
Level A1 (A1.1/A1.2)
The student can understand and use familiar, day-to-day expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type. Can introduce him/herself and others can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she live, people he/she knows and things he/she owns. Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and is prepared to help.
A2 German Language course
Level A2 (A2.1/A2.2)
The student can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic information, shopping or local environment). Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information about familiar matters. Can describe aspects of his/her background immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need in simple terms.
B1 German Language course
​Level B1 (B1.1/B1.2)
The student can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school and leisure. Can deal with most solutions likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where German is spoken. Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Can describe experiences and events and briefly give reasons and explanations tor options and plans.
B2 German Language course
Level B2 (B2.1/B2.2)
The student can understand the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topic, including theoretical discussions in his/her field of specialization. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interactions with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue.
C1 German Language course
Level C1 (C1.1/C1.2)
The student understands a wide range of demanding, longer texts and recognizes implicit meaning. Can express him/herself fluently for social, academic and professional purposes. Can produce well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use if organizational partners, connections and cohesive devices.

German Conversation classes - Practice spoken German online
As you learn a language it is important to practice speaking it. It is better to practice with native speakers or other people living in that country. As many of our German learners are far and wide on the globe, we wish to practice with them German online. If you are a professional or was in contact with the language for a while and you do not want it to fade, then you can also join the conversation classes. However, these classes are for people at least A2 German language level. For you to confirm this, please take a free test of your German here online.
